have someone pump the pedal and hold it, then you work from the right rear, left rear, right front, left front, while the person pumps and holds several times at each wheel.

Higher than it used to be when new? You can either get lowering springs, or get the clamps that can pull the spring together and lower it that way.

These are usually on the same circuit as the tail lights so if they are working it's not a fuse problem.have you checked the bulbs?
