SOURCE: loud rubber creaking from front and back

This is due to worn hardened rubber bushings in the suspension of the car. The most noise comes from the front and rear anti sway bars so replace those rubber bushings first.

SOURCE: Why would I have oil seeping through the mat on the floor by the front passenger side. Could it be oil from the air conditioning pipes?

Hi Ruth. Did you have your car serviced recently? Could it be a spill that a careless mechanic made? If your a/c works well, it is unlikely a drip from the pipes. It is also very unlikely a seepage from under the carpet, since there is very little under the floor in that area that can allow seepage into your car.
The only culprit could be suspension fluid. The Citroen rides on a cushion of oil, and the hydraulic pipes that control the rear suspension and brakes pass under the car, but if one of those leak, you will soon find your car riding low and bumpy, and you will have problems stopping at a stop sign - or a wall or a tree - or your grandmother - or anything else that gets in your way.
Check for an oil patch where you park the car most of the time, that will tell you if you have a leak (seepage) serious enough to seep through the carpet. You might want to take the car to your local shock absorber / exhaust specialist and ask them to put the car on their hoist. They're men, they'll do it for free for a lady, and you can do a visual inspection from underneath.
You have a wonderful little vehicle, enjoy it.

What causes ford e350 steering not to return?

I have had similar occurrences , this is a heavy duty van with wide front tires, be sure that the tires are properly inflated, if that doesn't change anything, the dealer is right. This van will not steer the same as a car, because of it's size.

Hi ronda. No we do not sell parts but this is a common item which you will find at any autoparts store. The part you need is called a flasher, get the heavy duty version. The price will be in the $5-$10 range. Joe

Thanks for choosing fixya!

What trans fluid is in 84 nissan pickup manual trans

No transmission fluid are ever used in manual transmissions.
Gear oils are used. And the specification is:
Gear Oil 80/90W

You would need to park the truck on a level ground in order to do this job.
Remove the filler-plug on the side of the gearbox, and using a hand-pump or a rubber hose, fill the gearbox with the specified oil. Once the gear oil starts to flow out through the side filler-plug, stop! The required quantity is reached.
Replace the filler-plug and start the car to check for leak.
Be careful so you don't accidentally get unwanted item in the bearbox.

If you look at the engine and see some tubes attatched to the exhaust manifolds ( these are called asperator tubes) follow the hose( usaualy a heavy duty rubber hose it will lead you to the pump. also you can see it from the front of the motor it is driven by the belt . ( cooling fan belt or the Harmonic ballancer belt ) .
