I would try checking the timing on it. Maybe even see I if you have compression in each cylinder im case some happened with the timing.

Is the fuel pump relay working ?
Are you loosing spark or fuel pressure ?
The engine computer must see oil pressure or RPM to keep the pump relay on.

94 chevy s10 4.3 litre engine wont start. Its getting fuel and spark. pretty much everything is new. sometimes after a while i can get it to run. when it does i can drive it anywhere and its starts ri

might pull that cap again and see if the dist. shaft is loose
(side to side play) Sometimes the bushing wears out and the
magnet will hit the pickup, makes the spark irratic.Should have a new rotor with the cap, they also go bad.

Wont start

your first need to figure out if it is a fuel problem or a electrical problem. when you try to start it does it click? or does it does it crank and sound like it wants to start but doesnt fire up. check your fuel pump fuel filter and fuel relay switch. then check yourterminals on your battery for corosion then check and see if your spark plugs are getting spark.

99 f150, always fired right up w/1 turn of the ignition. then one morning didnt start on first try, but started on the next one. now it wont start at all. its turning over, but sounds like its getting...

Check the fuel line for clog.
Check the fuel pump
Check the fuel tank to see if there is water or dirt inside.
Check the carburator for good air flow and no clogs
Check the spark plugs and make sure they are all firing.

Hope this helps

My Mitsubushi Space Star Car won't Start. What can I try?

spark plugs are deep in the head yet you should get all the the old fuel out first, stale fuel wont ignite and will also clogg fuel filter. you need a mix of atleast 70% new fuel even then its not good for the injecters. If its a manual gearbox a tow start is a quick fix although no go for auto's. cant be much wrong if car was fine when parked, plugs-fuel-filter and possibly fuel pump for sure. If that doesnt fix take plug out put in lead and crank engine to be sure you have spark even just put any plug you know works in lead leaving your plugs in engine just to check for spark y turning over engine looking for spark on plug good spark will be blue but any spark is good.

Engien wont start!?!

You might need a new starter or a new alternator. Get it checked at a shop to make sure you find the right thing that you need to change.
