Question about Chrysler Cars & Trucks
This job requires specialized tools and is truly one of those man against beast with hammer type of job. Consider having a tire shop do this.
Here is my concern: IF you release the wrong thing, you can have the full fury of your spring be released. This can and will kill you or cause unreal body harm.
IF you understand how the spring works on your vehicle, and how you can safely unload it, you can rent spreader tools, spring compression tools, and most else at your local parts store. But this job is not like mowing the grass, more like digging up the front yard. Yeah, you can do it, but do you really want to?
It needs alignment when you are finished.

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

It is located on the back side of the underdash fuse box (junction block). You remove the lower steering column cover and knee blocker reinforcement. Then remove two plugs from the bottom of the BCM.
Remove the bolts holding the junction block to dash panel mounting bracket. Remove the junction block from the bracket. Remove screws holding the BCM to the junction block. Slide the BCM downward to disengage guide studs on jb from channels on BCM mounting bracket
