What kind of car is it? ..not knowing id say your sensor is gummed up, change the fluid in the transaxle...the sensor prob plugs into it reading the speed from that.

2002 Town & Country minivan, bought it used. Second time I drove it, speedometer stopped working. What could cause that??

Sounds like it could be the speed sensor, it's located on the transaxel just about where the right side axel goes in, try un-plugging it and plugging it back in.

My reverse or back-up lights are not working on my 98 plymouth grand voyage

Most common cause is the switch located on the transaxel, it has a round rubber boot in it, it screws into the transaxel.

Where is the fill plug on the transaxel for a manuel transmission?

if there is no plugs under car or near wheel on trans you might have to fill by the speedo cable hole by taking out the speedometer its a 10 mm socket and fill up but usually its near the drivers side wheel well under plastic cover a bolt i think 24mm or 17mm check near axles where they go into trans
