Bike not starting

Hello, The other day my bike was skipping between the 70-80mph range but nothing too bad, then it stopped the next day or two...then went to go home from work and the thing would just not crank at all. It kept trying to turn over but was acting as if it had a bad battery. Took the battery out the next day after recharging it and took it to two different places that both said the battery test came out and that it was good. We put it back in the bike and started it up just last night, it hesitated but cranked up, I took it for a stroll around the neighborhood. I turned it off then cranked it up repeatedly and everything seemed fact even better than before. I get on it this morning and try to crank it up and it crank a few times but hesitated like last night. The third time I try to crank it, it just does the same thing and will not start because it's as if the battery is dying and doesn't have the energy to crank. What could it be? Spark plugs? Ignition coil? Stator coil? Battery? Anything that requires me NOT having to tear it all down?! Please help, she 's all I got and I really hate to have to break it all down to just get one small repair done. Thanks

Do a plug elimination test, take the lead off one plug at a time and turn over the engine. If one particular plug being disconnected makes no difference then that plug is probably not firing. In this case try replacing the plugs.

I have a 2008 harley davison heritage softail Blow the ignition fuse. Got it home the next day it ran fine Went to auto parts to git fuse Came back put one in works Started it up 12 or more times...

i9ndicates that you have dead short problem in a component in the ignition system
could be a bad ground causing excessive current ( arcing) when component is moved or wiring moved
maybe an auto bike auto electrician could pinpoint the problem area
possible a voltage control problem causing excessive current through the fuse , intermittently causing it to blow
Again a bad ground in regulator problem

Hi someone tried to Hotwire my bike ran power to somewhere they shouldn't now my imobiliser light has stopped flashing and bike won't start it's cranking but nothing can u help

You need to check for voltages to the ignition and igniter. Maybe the alarm is now damaged and required replacement and pairing to the electronics.

Hi Anonymous, I'm sorry but I just loaned my listening ears to the lead technician at your local Harley Dealer so he could take your bike for a test ride and evaluate the noise. Good luck and have a nice day.

I have a 2004 Chevy Express van and the window stops open at an inch or two and wont go any further. They are manual windows that had an aftermarket power kit added. I have removed the kit and even with...

The gear crank inside the window has skipped some teeth - pull the crank out and start over - that is all it can be from the way they are made - pull the gear out and just shove the window to the top - if it goes all the way to the top then you know the crank skipped like a chain on a bike - reset it and you should be good to go.

When was the last time you had the timing belt checked and or replaced? That should happen at least every 60k to 70k miles. It sounds like your timing belt has stretched or jumped timing.
