Question about 2010 Jeep Liberty
Check coolant level if ok make sure engine temp is normal if ok check both heater hoses to be hot if not flush heater core backwards.remove both hoses and suggest do a complete system flush

Element in heater blown , could be independent fuse for heat also , check fusebox
