Price is not the question at all--- who cares about that

Parts are on the internet & in stores

Find out what the vehicles problem is

Codes do not tell you to replace parts

You use the codes to component test a system, to
find out why you got the codes & find out if a part has
failed

I have a PT 2010 & the diagnostic codes are PO340, PO344 and PO325. mechanic is suggesting replacing the cam shaft post sensor & didn't even mention the knock sensor. Am I dealing with 1 or 2 issues

you are dealing with 2 issues
code p 0325 refers to knock sensor (KS) 1 bank 1--circuit malfunction ====causes ---wiring ---poor connection ---KS
code p 0340 refers to camshaft position sensor(CMP) sensor A bank 1--circuit malfunction===causes wiring--- CMP sensor ---ECM
code p 0344 refers to CMP sensor A bank 1 --circuit intermittent===causes --wiring --poor connection---CMP sensor --ECM
check wiring and connections before replacing the CMP as the wiring may be the cause of all the codes

How do I fix my 2000 nissan Xterra It will start up and soon as it warms up It starts missing and backfiring

if you never fix the problems , and just clear codes it is only going to keep getting worse . missing and backfiring sounds like you have a timing problem and it will only get worse too .

I have a 97 max with 162k I have changed plugs, boots, pcv, and f/f. I still have codes 1320,0300,0325 and cant figure it out..I have the possibilities and tried looking for but no good... help please

0300 the dreaded multiple misfire code
0325 knock sensor
1320 ignition signal
Have you replaced the knock sensor(s)? Tested ignition module? Note: even if module tests good, it may still be the problem. Tests are not conclusive. Bad ground somewhere?

Knock sensors location

The knock sensor is located under the intake manifold. Not an easy job to change without some experience.

Occasionally the service engine light will appear for my 1999 Nissan Quest. The code associated is 0325 the knock sensor. Here lately the idle is becoming rougher.

the knock sensors on Nissans are a microphone detector,, which causes a bunch of faulty codes,, There is one knock sensor. Check the connector. Sometimes just disconnecting and reconnecting fixes the fault. Otherwise, it is not difficult to replace. It is a round gizmo attached to the block with a bolt through the center, and an electrical connector on the side. Sometimes this will pop up due to a misfire in (normally ) the number one cylinder,, check the plugs and plug wires,, a misfire will set off the sensor and in turn reflect on the code coming up , I'd do a tune up procedure rather than worry about the sensor,, once tuned,, your idle should be better, and the code should clear

Need to know what dodge codes P0325, P0344 & P0340 mean

0325 knock sensor
0344 cam position sensor intermittent
0340 cam position sensor failure

I would replace the cam position sensor from the codes you provided. The knock sensor
would most likely be related to the sensor failure.
