Probably bad headlamp switch. You do know most have a position which turns the interior lights on even with the doors closed, don't you? If you have this turned off, but lights stay on, replace the switch.

If door is open , interior lights may be on and killing the battery. The door switch may be bad and that may be why the door wont close.

Something killed my battery

It is possible that the positive terminal of the battery is badly sulphated ( hard black coating thet prevents good current bflow. POssible that the snow you went through up set the connection and when you clamped the battery charger on the connection was remade . Check and clean terminals with sand paper .

For now you can remove the appropriate fuse for the lights. Or unhook the negative cable on battery at night zo it wont drain your battery. But there maybe a short in your wires somewhere that you'll need to have checked out.

replace the auto controller for your head lights the module is bad.! go to a local salvage or parts store there about $20

interior lights would have to stay on for hours(10) before killing the battery. you may need a new battery, have it checked.

Fuse check ,now car dead

check body fuse and interior lights fuse. If body fuse blows certain interior light STAY ON and kill the battery, therefore NO START snd s dsrk dash. Firrst we have charge the battery. Replace blown fuses. Now why did the fuse blow ? I found plenty of dimes in the cigarette lighter socket. Rear ones too. Hope it helps
