Question about Cars & Trucks
It's got to be in the switch. It should have a position for automatic on when started and timed to go off when engine is off. If the lights don't go off when you turn the light switch in off position, then it would have to be the switch malfunctioning.

the flasher relay is located in the fuse panel, But you may want to check the front lights as well since all 4 of the blinkers are linked for the hazzard feature, any one of the bulbs can cause this issue.

Then you need to check the rear LH side connecting plug of the ABS sensor, and the harness coming from the ABS ECU (Electronic Control Unit) placed on the hydraulic ABS module.
If the ABS harness is all right, check the rear LH side ABS sensor track. Ussualy is embeeded inside wheel bearing.
After ABS sensor harness reparation you need to erase the fault from ABS ECU memory. Then the ABS light will turn off.
