Question about Cars & Trucks
That will be screwed into the intake manifold on passenger side at front. There's a hose in and hose out, a vacuum line or a cable pull on a lever to open and close it.

changing the computer is the easy part it just plugs into the harness that the old one is plugged into. That being said, you need to find out where your computer is. Most are under (and when I say under I mean in the dash) some where. Some are under the hood, you just have to find the location.
I would really recamend if you are going to replace the computer in your vehicle you have the Chilton that tells you step by step procedures. If you hook up a new computer and there is a drop of juice runninng threw the car, you get the lovely experience of buying another computer. So buy a Chilton and not a haines they are just not as easy to use.

Engine stalling and rough run
issue at low speeds
This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control
