The low beams the windshield wipers rear windshield wipers quit working all the fuses seem to be good everything seems to be proper what's the problem

Well Chuck it depends on the make , model an year vehicle you have ! You would need to look at a wiring diagram to see if these thing's have anything in common . Maybe a electronic control module controls them ! GM vehicles use the BCM - body control module to control these thing's in some vehicles , Ford uses The GEM - generic electronic module or SJB - smart junction box an Chrysler has there modules too ! You can go to www.bbind.com for free wiring diagrams ! click on technical information then TSB'S wiring diagrams ! Good luck

Doesn't shift automatic

Could be a number of things. Make sure that the transmission linkage is connected and placing the transmission in the gear that is selected on the gear shift in the vehicle. Not sure if yours is manually, or electronically shifted when placing the vehicle in gear. If it is electronically, the electronic switch may need replacing as they do wear out over time and with use.
I hope that you have found this information to be useful, and if I can be of any further assistance, please let me know. Thank you for using fixya!

Points and plugs

Points? Not since electronic ignition, about 30 years ago! I have a '79 Datsun pick-up, first year Datsun came out with fully electronic ignition. Chrysler first came out with electronic ignition, I think, and that was in the early '70's. Since then, points have become a thing of the past, and deservedly so. Thus began the transition from mechanical to electronic controls.
Plugs, yes. Points, no. Am I big help? Or post back. Cheers.

The first thing that must be done here is to have the electronic engine control scanned for fault codes, this system is fully electronically controlled

Immobiliser box making load clicking also buzzs, lights on dash flashing? never had problem before

Did you change any electronic components in the car? If yes was it compatibl eto the car? Simple things like radio are programmed into immobilzer... What about key changes? This would indicate an electronic alteration of some kind.. Or component failure / blown fuse....

Is it bad to replace the main 100w fuse with an 80w in a 2000 subaru outback? the fusebox is making a funny buzzing noise now.

It is not bad or good. You will continue to blow fuses until you put a 100w back into the system though. Which is bad cause you are doing things over and over
