What does code P0202 on a 2006 Chevy Cobalt? It says "injector ckt open cylinder 2" but I have no idea what that means! ????

Well you either have a defective injector connector or wiring to it or the injector coil is an open circuit. Swap the injector to a different cylinder and see if that cylinder triggers a code or the code is still for cylinder #2, if triggers a new code the injector is defective, if the same code comes back after being cleared then you have either a bad injector connector or the wires from the PCM are open somewhere. You really need a full function scanner to make this job much easier.

I have four fuel injectors and only 2 will spray fuel into motor. What could be the problem for the others not spraying?

Couple possibilities:
  1. the injectors are clogged
  2. The valves/pumps for the injectors are not working.
If it's (1) then you can try running a bottle of OTC fuel injector cleaner through. Mechanics will often have access to way more potent stuff in the case of a lot of bad deposits gunking them up.
If the other injectors are squirting just fine, it'll be odd to have the other two not working - they should have clogged/scaled up about the same. In that case, if could be the valve.actuators for the injectors. Location will depend on your vehicle. They will have input connections to the fuel management system that is triggering them many times per second. Check that the wiring connections are secure to them on both ends. If so, and if they'll reach, you can try swapping the leads with one of the functioning injectors and see if it works now. Swap it first by connecting the injector end of a working port to the non-functioning injector. If it works now, take the same lead and connect it to the base of the normal cable for that piston. If it works when wired from another cable source, and another cable, then you know the injector works. If the cable that normally goes to the injector, hooked to the source for a good injector works, then you know you have a good cable. If both of the above work, then run the known good cable to a known good injector, from the original source. If it doesn't work, then the source trigger unit for the injector is likely bad. That'd be a whole other discussion.

Generally, the injectors themselves are all the same, so you can go about the testing by just swapping a working injector with one of the 'not working' ones. That'll tell you pretty quick if it's an issue of no gas flow, or no control working, and go from there on cleaning out gas lines or replacing control parts.

Good Luck!

How do I check the fuel injectors?

You will need a multimeter to start off with. The video talks you through the procedure, ohm value for the injectors is 12 ohm. (using Delphi FJ10062 injector as model; which is designed to fit/replace OEM injectors).
1st thing to note, is the fact that the resistance in the coil is correct does not necessarily mean the injector is good to go, there could be a clog, or a signal problem prior to the injector. Meaning the injector may function properly, but somewhere along the line, a signal fault occurred.

This next video talks to the cleaning of the injectors. It is a decent kit for general maintenance, however if you have a significant clog or damaged injector, the results will be minimal and you may need to replace the injector.

Did you clean your injectors lately this sounds lick a pressure problem and injectors will not function unless they get the proper pressure or due to your former problem you may need to have a sensor reprogramed

Injector

Either the injector itself is bad, or, wiring between the computer and injector has a problem. Far less likely, but computer itself may not be sending a pulse to that injector and in that case it needs to be changed. I'm not there, so that's all I can give you. You need to do the rest.
