You should have a code for the radio in your owner;s manual. If you are not the original owner and it is not there, the dealer should be able to provide it from your VIN.

Take the registration to your local MB dealer or bring the car there and as long as you are the owner, they will get the code for you.

SOURCE: trouble with car
Phantom coolant level warning which turned out to be erroneous. No problem found and no catastrophic meltdown. Just the inconvenience of having to take it into the dealer to be checked.
