If you have changed the belt I would take it off to see if any of the bearings in a pulley may be going out.You can do this by spinning the pulleys on everything. Spin the water pump, the alt,air compressor. See if they make noise or feel rough while spinning them by hand. Replace whats bad.
If you have noise, remove the serpentine belt and spin the pulleys to see which is making noise, has play, etc. I thought my power steering pump was bad, turned out to be the AC Clutch Bearing. Fairly easy to replace.
check your tensioner pulley and idler pulley by removing serpitine belt spin the pulleys inspect for roughness and endplay all so check harmonic vibration dampner pulley the one at crankshaft for seperation/endplay the rubber cracs and pulley walks on startup you could draw a metal file across the inner face of serpitine belt this will remove glazing or replace belt may be even better
