Many radios have an auxiliary 'in-line' fuse between the fuse box and the equipment, especially if it is after factory, located along the power line to the radio. Typically these fuses are within a foot or so from the radio.

Fuses can look OK, but still be faulty. Or the fuse contact points could be fouled, again without anything appearing wrong. Try going through all of the radio and seat-related fuses again, pulling each one and replacing it with an identically rated spare fuse.

Drivers side seat quit working and the seat heat's not working either. Passenger side works fine, fuse looks good, any suggestions?

if you already checked the fuses and found them to be good then you may now want to check the connectors under the seat. You will need a probe light to so this. The probe light will light up if you have power coming into the (+) terminal end. Watch this video to learn how to use a probe light tester.

2009 Chevy malibu radio is not working doesn't power on. The blinkers does not sound when in either . Could it be a fuse? Where is the fuse for this ?

Probably. Check the owners manual. On some models there are TWO fuses connected with the radio. One powers up the radio when you turn the key on, the other is on all the time to keep the clock, preset stations, etc. stored. Owners manual should tell you where they are located...
Good Luck

Where is the fuse for the radio? My radio isn't working nor powering on. The blinkers don't sound when on. Is it a fuse? 2009 Chevy malibu

You have to fuses to check. I believe the radio fuse is under the hood in the fuse panel. Then you have an amp fuse. On the passenger side of the dash. open the door to access it.

Where is the fuse for the passenger power seat in a 2009 Chrysler Town & Counrty?

If a sound is occurring then there should be power at the switch. Check under the seat and make sure the plug into the seat adjustment motor is fully connected to the motor. (there may be 2 motors so be sure to check both motors). If not then reinstall the plug back on the motor(s). It should work fine.

Where is the fuse for the heated seats in a 2007 jeep grand cherokee laredo?

Remove the ignition key. Unplug the HSM (heated seat module). It is under the passenger seat. You can easily accomplish this with the seat all the way back. Wait a few seconds they plug it back in. Start the engine. Turn the seats on. If the indicator lights come on for 2 seconds and then go out, further diagnostics is required. Hopefully they'll stay on and the seats will be working fine.

Thanks,
Ron
