If you have the key you can remove the ignition switch with the key in the acc or on position. There is a spring loaded push button on the body that is able to be depressed when the key is in the correct place. If you lookup the replacement you will see it. Once that is out you will have access to the switches

You can purchase a remote button from most parts stores (Pep Boys, Oreillys, Autozone) that will attach directly to the starter and allow you to crank the engine without having to use the ignition switch

Why my 2001 honda civic wont start after poped ingintion

You can't bypass it. It's there for a reason. You can temporarily bypass it through the correct procedure, but you must have the brake code from Honda first. If your ignition is damaged you have to replace the entire lock set, and have it all reprogrammed at your dealership. The immobilizer system works through the PCM so any attempt to bypass it will render it useless, and the car will never run.

The built in security will prevent you from bypassing the ignition. It's part of the anti-theft built in the ICU.
