Question about 1999 Chrysler Town & Country
Changed fuel pump and bled fuel lines . Sprayed starting fluid in throttle body, fired but would not start
Probably needs the fuel safety shutoff switch resset. I am not sure where it is on a Town and Country van.

Before removing your factory alarm call a locksmith and ask him if can reprogram your car key. Is most likely your car computer no longer recognize your key I know this sounds weird but most cars this days have a chip on the key it self whit the car vin number and some other information. Is an anti theft feature. If the computer do not recognize your key it wont let you start the car even if you are able to turn the key.

Verify around the steering column, if you see a square black box with a big plug into it, disconect the plug and try to start the car.
