Question about 2003 Isuzu Rodeo
Your problem seems to be with either the controller itself or a short in the system...sometimes the wires come loose from the bracket-
You have to remove the steering column housing-ti can be tricky remember that your steering can be adjusted- follow the wires from your signal arm to the connection- try unplugging and plugging back in...if this doesnt fix the issue you may need to replace the whole arm...it may have a retaining pin if so remove it then pull arm out-
if it doesnt it will be a compression fitting - remove as above- replace with known working or new arm!

i belive that your wiper switch has gone out on the intermittent side. this is a very common problem.
