SOURCE: The lever to move the driver's seat forward and backward doesn't

The reason is that your sliding grips have been slipped and therefore jammed at one position.

Remove the seat open it's sliding grips and replace it.

SOURCE: The electric front seats both stopped moving

Check the fuse box for a blown fuse, both seats may operate on one fuse depending on the model of vehicle and the fuse may be located either under the dash on the drivers side or in the engine compartment on the drivers side.

SOURCE: My truck will start but not move.

Since it is only a year old, I would get the dealer involved.
If you have work done by a garage you could void the factory warranty.

As I am in gear moving forward and turn sharply, then the forward or rear motion is hesitant. I guess that the power steering's demand for fluid is taking precedent over something else.

you may have just over run the end stop , try sitting in seat and whilst pressing the back button push with your feet against the floor , this might get the seat moving again , if not i think you may be looking at getting a new switch , but get it checked by a mechanic first as there may be some other way to get it moving

After switching from 4x4 LOW back to AWD, the transmission stayed in 4x4LOW.

This happens now and again on 4X4's. You must not continue to operate it on normal "dry" surfaces until you disengage these hubs. Permanent damage will result. First thing to do is make sure you are on wet, loose gravel, sand, dirt, etc. Switch transfer case back to 4Low. With steering straight move a little forward and without hitting the brake slip in neutral allowing truck to come to rest by itself. Switch Transfer case to next position, I assume 4low. Place in drive and drive forward and backward until you feel it come out of 4 low. You don't have to drive it crazy back and forth, just 5MPH normal back and forth maybe 20 feet forward and 20 feet backward. It's good to allow the truck to stop by itself allowing the hubs to spin freely then placing in reverse doing the same. Apply brake, repeat until unlocked. You may find that if it is not unlocking, try to push lever back into 4low, power on, the release accelerator, switch to 4high all the while it is drifting and gently power on again. If you drive on solid surfaces ignoring the driveline, you will bind the axles and destroy some element of your drive line...The weakest points first. Hope this help and do not forget to rate this high if it helped you.

My truck won't shift out of 4 wheel low

Drive it backwards and forwards 20-30 feet on dirt, not pavement you should never ever drive a truck on pavement in four low. EVER. you can break more parts than you want to replace in a very short time.
do you have four tires that are the same size?
Is it push button or shift lever?

You can move the drivers seat back by turning on the power, getting in the seat and position your feet firmly on the fron flor with your back firmly against he seatback, and then engage the switch pushing back - while pushing like hell with your feet. You can actually hear the seat drive shaft turning while the seat moves back. The principle should be the same for moving forward, but pressure would have to be aplide to the back of the seat.

With the selector in 2WD, attempt to slowly move the car forward (drive)and backward (reverse) in an area of 15 or 20 feet. That should release the 4WD gearing engagement.

Good luck
