Question about 2006 Volkswagen New Beetle
So when I tried to start the car, multiple times, it kept flashing all of the lights, or none at all and would make a clicking noise. The radio also was on but wouldn't work. And it rolled down the drivers side front window a few inches and i can't roll it back up, the windows don't seem to be working either. the heat just keeps blowing cold air. I'm going to try and start it again in like 30 mins if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, and if you celebrate it happy thanksgiving
If the battery is getting old, it could be ready to fail but also a new battery can develop a dead cell and fail. Solving the battery problem could get everything working again.

these days everything is made from plastic including the guides and rollers most likely this or perhaps rust ,dirt ,sand had entered the track causing this noise and problem remove door panel and inspect with a light and perhaps clean it then re-grease it

inside the mechanical lock (The part that actualy holds the door shut when you close it) there is a switch that informs the control unit that the lock is either locked or unlocked.
These switches fail sometimes, when this happens the control unit is not aware that you have opened the door, and therefor will not wind the window down slightly.
This is also likely to be the cause of problem # 3 , door will not lock. I fthe faulty switch is not informing the control unit that the door is closed, the central locking will not try to lock the door (because it thinks the door is still open).
The switch is integral with the lock unit, and they are not easy things to replace either.
as for the wipers and engine fault, there could be a number of different possible faults here, would have to be looked at.
