You do realize you never read your question,
and there is nothing there to answer

I suggest you google the issue & check the forums for that

Until we know the vehicle & where the sensor is & how it
is broken & why it won't come out--well you get the idea

You gave us nothing

If it is broken off as you say then it is no good any way. try to get it out the way it fits in or you may damage the rotor that the sensor works on.

My speedometer does not work all of the other gauges work fine I am trying to fine a wiring diagram for under hood by computer

General advice:
Speed sensor /speed sensor plug.
Tips:Most old car use a mechanical speedo cable link instead of a speed sensor (that could be loosed, broken).

Broken Speedometer?

You are correct in thinking if the speed sensor fails the check engine light should be on, and you should experience problems with the transmission.
It sounds like just the speedo has failed.

I have a 02 Accent with a p1529 code. NONE of my mechanics have any idea what this code is or my trans guys. This is my only code as I just replaced my output speed sensor and this one stupid code is...

The code is related to the right front wheel speed sensor . possibly a bad wheel speed sensor or broken wire or faulty connection may look behind the fender shield to inspect for broken or damaged wire or connector .... a good starting point

Abs lit up on dash/ track control off/ resently repaired all brakes front and rear/ rear with new pads and rotors

most likely you have a bad wheel speed sensor or a broken wire to the wheel speed sensor. you will need it scanned to find out which sensor is acting up. if it is a broken wire it usually will be for a front wheel speed sensor from all the turning and it should be with in the first 6 inches or so from the sensor. to replace sensor you must replace front wheel bearing sensor assembly.

Speed sensor a

if the problem was the speed sensor then the problem is fixed. But if it was something wrong with the instrument cluster then that needs to be taken apart or replaced. The cluster could have loose or broken wires in them.
