Your problem is most likely a tire related problem. Your wheels need balancing, or one of your tires is out of round. It could be needed alignment.

In my 50 years I have never seen any additive recommended
by any vehicle manufacturer

Your owners manual tells you NOT to add those products
Read It

Why would a 16 oz bottle in an 18 gallon tank of fuel-- do a thing?
It will not

Yet-- 5 min from now, someone, including the pros will tell you to
us it--pure non-sense,only takes your money & is not a fix for
diagnosing the vehicle to find a problem

Once every 12 years, you remove your injectors & mail them away for Ultra-Sonic Cleaning

Run your tank low & you will ruin the fuel pump, another bad idea

Ever consider that the vehicle has a problem & you should have
stopped using it (day one),when you first noticed a problem?

That (was) the answer

Now you do that & have it properly diagnosed, find a problem
& resolve it or ruin the car, your call

Guess I need to know more, but how old are your tires? do you have them rotated and re-balanced at least once a season? When is the last time you replaced (or had inspected) the axle shafts, and the steering parts? How many miles are on your car? do you drive Highway or City mostly? City puts lots of potholes (at least in upstate NY) that will cause excess wear and break tire belts and other unmentionable things to a car.

Several things can cause the issue you have attempted to tell about, and no answer will work unless you have it looked at by a person who really knows cars well. Seeing things can answer many problems to the trained eye!

Good luck, and I hope I was helpful to you. If you know a little more, answer that info for me and I will try to be more specific.

SOURCE: Fuel Pump

You might not have to change the pump at all. Get the fuel filter cleaned thoroughly, change it if required(its quite reasonably priced) and since this has MPFI (multi-point fuel injection) engine, either clean it by adding some nozzle clearing fluid or get the nozzles properly cleaned at a authorized service station, where they can connect it to a PC to check the status of the tiny holes of the injector nozzle.............................sodeep

SOURCE: rough idle, dies when trying to give it gas

it'll either be your ignition system (spark plugs, distributor cap, etc) or more likely your fuel system (most likely your fuel pump or your fuel filter)

SOURCE: Nissan Frontier 02 ABS LIGHT AND BAD SHAKE ON HIGHWAY

i would start with checking the axles because most of them have a abs ring on them which will trigger the abs light. also make sure your axles are in good shape. last resort would be that you need new tires because the steel bands inside are starting to seperate. good luck

Speedometer off

Over the years I have had many complaints of the speedometer being inaccurate, few times has it actually been the case, about 5% I would say. You can have the speeds checked for accuracy by any dealer using a known good vehicle speedometer pace car, done the test dozens of times. Normal speedo accuracy is plus or minus 3 MPH.

The RPM of Nissan Altima stays high when drive over 65 MPH.

No....the rpms differ from engine to engine and from manufacturer to manufacturer. RPM's are always higher at higher speeds.
