Question about Chevrolet Chevy
Replacing the 10amp fuse but it blows as soon as I install.
For some reason that happend to me once and i had to connect my radio groud direct to ground instead of battery ground cable and that fixed the problem. good luck

sounds to me like you need to check the continuity to ground on the power line for the xm, you may have a power to ground short or a loose wire in the xm harness

If it only happens when you turn the switchto the parking lights then it is most likely the swich that is the problem. Light swich failure appears to be a common fault with fords

I'm glad you found what was causing the fuse to blow. A wiring diagram is almost a must when troubleshooting electrical. you may be able to find that sensor at a pick-a-part or wrecking yard. Just be extreamly careful, it is very easy to set off the air bag. Make sure that all power is off before working around that area.

the windings in the coil on the compressor clutch is shorted,you need to remove the drive pulley where the belts hook on the compressor,then unbolt the 4 bolts holding the coil assy
