Rear defrost fuse on 2001 Plymouth neon - Cars & Trucks

1 Answer

You will just have to check all vehicle fuses

I know you expect someone to say look in your
owners manual & then you say you don't have one

But that is what they are for & are on the internet
for free

If a fuse blows, it won't be the problem & replacing it
won't fix anything

Your best to work off a factory wiring book & learn the system
with the problem, before you ever go to the car, even for a fuse check

Nope. Check to see if the timing belt is broke. Check for fuel pressure. Check for spark. Let me know which you are missing and I'll help you get it figured out.

Where is the fuse for the rear defogger?

The fuses are often on the left side of the steering column. The fuse cover will normally tell you which fuse if for what. The defogger usually takes a 25amp which is yellow in color. If you still have trouble finding the fuse panel, your owners manual will help.

Rear window defrost 1999 Plymouth Neon - where is it?

well it's like this... i've never owned a neon but the two places for fuse panels are under the dash and in the engine compartment near the battery. the one in the engine compartment will have a plastic cover over it. admittedly there are other places auto makers "hide" them.... in the glove box.... behind a plastic sheild on the sloping panel beside the steering column.... and inside the foot panels on the drivers side or passenger side... just have to look around. i have a friend that has a neon.... i'll try to run into them if you cannot find it.
