Always clear the code and see if it comes back first. Especially with an O2 sensor code.

A P0141 code means that the O2 sensor failed to reach operating temperature within a certain amount of time (the car's computer actually uses the coolant temperature to calculate this). Specifically, your problem is in Bank 1, O2 Sensor No. 2 (the sensor located AFTER the catalytic converter). O2 banks are are numbered according to the location of the NUMBER 1 cylinder in the firing order, not in reference to the driver's side or passenger side, so your problem is on the driver's side of the truck (I am assuming this is the 5.9L Magnum V8, even though the 5.2L use the same firing order).

While a short to ground or open in the sensor's wiring harness could be at fault (and thus, repairable), the most likely cause is a failed O2 sensor (specifically, the heater element resistivity is too high, or an internal short/open exists).

Replace the sensor.

Those are all cylinder misfires codes and 02 sensor codes. These can all be caused by a lack of fuel so you may have a fuel pump that is failing or has failed completely.

Hummer he 2004 p0141

Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P0141 is defined by SAE J2012 as "O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2"

Most of the time, this is caused by the heating element in the O2 Sensor being burned out. However, there is a chance that there is a circuit malfunction elsewhere besides in the O2 Sensor itself.
