SOURCE: location of blower motor fuse
Fuse blower motor is not in the fuse box. It is located outside. lOpen the hood, on the driver side near the fender, about 1 feet from the fuse box toward the direction of the radiator, there is a retangular about 1x2 in with wire coming out from each end. Snap it open, inside is the the wire fuse.

SOURCE: blower motor not working
I had to fix the wires to the blower motor on my girlfriends 97 taurus. If your car is anything like hers the wires to the motor are under the glove box. There was a shotty yellow plastic connector that I simply cut out with a pair of wire cutters and used solderless wire connectors to reconnect the wires and the blower motor worked fine after that. Hope this helps. God bless

SOURCE: location of blower motor relay
better late than never....
The blower relay is one of two identical relays next to the clutch pedal above the fuse panel. I just had to replace mine (1996 Protege DX). I switched the two relays and now the blower works fine. Not sure what the other relay was for... but the car doesn't seem to miss it yet! The relays have H270 panted on the side of the black plastic covers. You have to pull down hard to get the relay off the clip it is fastened to, then unplug the four prong connector. Good luck finding one. The books all call for a 6 prong relay. I am going to find one in a junk yard rather than calling Mazda. I hope this helps... I searched all over the internet and couldn't find any answers so I figured I better post mine here...
