Are you getting a click noise when you try starting the car? It most likely would be a dead battery. Check to make sure lights are working if lights arent working dead battery. But do call up your local mechanic and get them to look at it, chances are they will be able to fix it.

SOURCE: Ignition Coil A,B,C Primary/Secondary malfunction

Remove the Caravan Ignition Coil Step1 Look under the hood for a distributor. The spark plug wiresmag-glass_10x10.gif connect into the distributor cap. If you don't see a distributor, you may have a model with a distributorless ignition system. Step2 Find the ignition coil. On a Dodge Caravan, the ignition coil is at the back of the intake manifold. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent injury while you work. Step3 Determine whether you need to remove the windshield wiper/motor module assembly. This won't be necessary on all models. Step4 Disengage the connector securing the wiring harness connector to the Dodge Caravan ignition coil. Then, disconnect the ignition wire from the ignition coil. Step5 Use a socket set to remove the mounting bolts. There are upper and lower mounting bolts. Separate the ignition coil from the mounting bracket. Install the New Ignition Coil Step1 Insert the new ignition coil. Mount the Dodge Caravan ignition coil to the mounting bracket. Step2 Attach the mounted assembly to the intake manifold. With a Torque wrench, tighten the fasteners securing the ignition coil to the mounting bracket with 96 inch pounds of torque (10 Nm). Step3 Tighten the bolts that secure the intake manifold to the bracket with 115 inch pounds of torque (13 Nm). Step4 Connect the wire harness and any other parts you removed, including the negative battery cable.

SOURCE: ignition lock -98 dodge neon

Sounds like the ignition cylinder is jambed, if you remove the covers and put the key in, you might be able to turn it with pliers, just turn it to the accessories position, then there is a small metal clip that pushes in, push it in and pull the lock cylinder out of place, get a new one from the dealer and reverse to install. If it's above you, your dealer can help, usually about an hours labour or so.
Hope that helps, Good luck

Test at the spark plug if you are getting current there with a cheap spark plug tester, if not, it could be the spark box. ( it used to be an ignition coil on older cars ) double check the computer for codes which may lead to a cam sensor not giving the PCM information.

My 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan will crank but won't start.

Hi, if an engine cranks but refuses to start, it lacks ignition, fuel or compression. When the engine cranks normally but won't start, you need to check ignition, fuel and compression. Ignition is easy enough to check with a spark tester or by positioning a plug wire near a good ground. No spark? The most likely causes would be a failed ignition module, distributor pickup or crankshaft position (CKP) sensor.

I have a 1998 dodge caravan transmission slips when i turn car off then it back on it will go for about10 seconds then

If your stating that it takes a few seconds to cut off, your ignition switch is starting to go bad. The only way to fix it is by changing it. As far as the transmission, you need to check the fluid. It may need changed or it may be damaged.
