This is likely not a user repairable problem. Probably a worn out automatic transmission that needs to be rebuilt, or a vacuum actuator switch. Either will require a transmission mechanic.

SOURCE: Power Steering pump appears to be leaking but is full????

Just guessing. Could it be a warped brake disk? That would cause vibration. And vibration in steering might conceivably cause splashing out the power steering reservoir. You would know if the disk were warped by a shudder when you brake at hight speeds.

Auto Transmissions do not last forever and last even fewer miles when not serviced every 2 years.

You have a very old car with many 0000 of miles on it and the transmission is well past its useful life - much like the rest of the car.

Have you driven down any dirt roads lately? Belts will sound like that when you have sand stuck in the grooves. It will make a ticking noise when the ribbed part of the belt rides over the pulleys. Usually the sound will jump around.

Motor is good, door window switch is good, I can hear relay clicking but window will only go done and its spuratic

Hate to tell you this ; but inside the door panel of your car is a gear that looks more like a zip tie than a gear.
It's function attaches to the drive gear of the electric motor and the drive mechanism that moves the window up and down.
You re lucky though most of these things snap leaving just the hum of the electric motor turning and no action at all concerning window movement.
this zip type gear is slipping and is due to break.
try taking your car to any body shop ao call one to see how much they charge to replace the belt.
it really is more like a toothed belt that acts like a giant gear.
If I helped you i could use a vote.
thank you,Gary
