P1633 code on my 2001 ford explorer how did i fix it

Depends on if there really is a problem or not.
Code 1633 is brand specific which means the code has different meanings for different vehicles. On most Ford products other than full size trucks, it means the battery voltage has dropped below 10 volts.
It can happen if you disconnect the battery, or if the system voltage really does drop when the engine is running or if the key switch is off.

crank sensors are generally located above the crank(the main pulley at the passenger side of the engine compartment) outside of the motor. it is usually a black piece that just barely sits above the crank shaft.

Looking to find out what Volvo error code 1633 means

Code 1633 is not a manufactures code, it is a genetic one, and is not as specific as a volvo code.
The best thing to do is take it to a volvo shop and get the specific code.
I did find a meaning for it------- speed signal missing or absent.
That could mean either a wheel speed sensor, or a vehicle speed sensor is at fault, that's why you have to get the specific code.
