What you need to do is check you fuel pressure. Go to a local auto parts store and buy a fuel injection pressure tester. The pressure fitting is on the top of the motor its a 3/8 ish sized metal line and has a screw on fitting like a tire valve does. This line comes up from the back of the motor to the right of the distributor and goes down into the intake. Make sure to have a rag handy to catch the fuel seepage. After you connect the pressure tester turn the key on and off three times and read the gage you should have atleast 58 pounds of pressure. If you have 56 pounds it won't run because the fuel injectors are a poppit valve style and need atleast 58 pounds of pressure to operate.

check starer cable make shur that not grounded to exhaust
also make shur that there is a short ground wire from the neg connection at the batt to the body
there should not be poer at the ground
start pulling fuses to find your circuit that is causing the short
that should help you isolate the area that has the draw or short

pour fuel in the motor if it fires it could be your ignition control module it grounds your injectors to make them spray and is between 65-100 dollars depending what part houses yoiu have

Probably the inertia switch for the fuel pump..You owners manual should show you where its located..See if the button has pop up ..If it has push it back down until it clicks..If it wont stay down then hold it down and see if it will start..If it does you will have to replace it..If thats all good then check the relay for the fuel pump..
