I am not familiar with this unit but It is probably a bad sensor. Check to see if it is still in warranty, if not talk to the manafacturer and request a sensor if you found that bad..

Replace the blower motor.

Under the glove box:

Disconnect the blower motor power transistor electric connector (the transistor is far over to the left, with a curly wire coming down to it.)

Remove the blower motor power transistor mounting screws the remove the transistor.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor (slightly to the right of the motor).

Remove the blower motor mounting screws and then remove the blower motor assembly.
(there are, I believe, 3 screws; 1 just below the connector; 1 above the connector, higher up, and slightly to the left; and 1 over to the left of the blower motor)

Remove the circlip from the blower motor shaft to release the fan from the motor.

Installation is reverse.

Hope this helps you deal with it.

I cant figure out how the ac belt goes on....94 civic vtech

You have to support the engine with a floorjack and then disconnect the left motor mount. The belt slides through the gap and then you reconnect the motor mount. You probably have to remove the left front tire.

The moon roof on my 1996 saturn sl2 not working

I have the same car and had the same problem, when you pull down the head liner you will find the motor for the moon roof. i disconnected the motor so that i could analyze it. i found that the gears in the moon roof motor are made of plastic and most of the gear teeth were chewed off. i disconnected the wireing harness from the motor and left it unplugged, i then pushed the moon roof back into position and tightened the screws to the moon roof. That is the way i left it for the past 2 years, because i was not about to spend the money t fix the motor.
