HVAC problem is guess
Heater hose leak
Heater core failure
Other related issues
If you continue to use it-- you will have sticky
coolant inside on the carpet & everywhere,
for the next 20 years & no way to remove it
Have to find & resolve the issue,or not use it
Check the coolant level BEFORE you even try & start it

If you dont have access to compressed air and a blow gun , to blow down the jets, then use a needle and try to clear the jets, and then try the wshers, you will have to adjust the jets after. If you still have nothing, or it is very weak, then remove the pipe and blow down it , also with the pipe off, try the washer pump to see if it is pumping strongly, because, although the pump is working/making a noise, it may be too weak, in which case you will need to replace the pump.
Hope this helps

motor for wipers is usually in the centre of windshield mounted on outer firewall in the engine compartment just below the windshield...If your are talking about your Tachometer it could be a cable that hooks into engine..... ask your local Hyundai dealer re this
