My 2001 may be similar. Key off or negative battery terminal OFF. Remove the bezel surrounding the cluster in e center y wrapping some electrical tape around a flat screwdriver so you don't mark up anything. Pry gently all around the bezel to pull it up off the panel. Go all the way around and be patient. There should be 4 small hex-head screws holding the switch panel down. (Maybe a 7 or 8 mm) Remove them and gently pull the panel out. Unplug the switch, and remove it from the panel. Reinstall in reverse order.

What is location of turn signal flasher 2006 f250

The flasher on a 2007 F250 and F350 is located on the R side of the Kick panel on the drivers side (center of the dash). There is a black cover that is covering the flasher and will need to be removed. This can be acomplished w/o pulling the dash loose.

Automatic temperature control system

I am not sure I understand your question. When the control head is turned off, the system goes to defrost mode (failsafe by design) and the blower should be off. If the blower is at high speed when the control is in off, you have a faulty blower speed control module (power mosfet is probably shorted).
