The turn signals and wipers wont work at all. tried checking the fuses and disconected the battery, is there a way to reset the computer or any idea. Thanks
Sounds like your turn signal/wiper switch on the side of your steering column is having problems. Like you said, it could very well be your computer. There is no way to reset the computer without the right software tools. I would try wiggling the switch to see if you can get it to work momentarily, if they work for a split second, then you know your switch is bad.
Battery getting weak. If your battery is more then 3 years old, consider it to be the prime suspect.
If you have it tested, make certain they test for CCAs, NOT VOLTAGE. A modern battery can stil put out 12.6 volts and be unable to supply sufficient current to all of the loads on a modern automobile.
Did you figure anything out? I’m having the same issue with a 06 charger. Changed the switch still no luck. Help! No signals, horn, wipers, or side mirrors.

probably a relay. relays control switching of power from one compound circuit to another. because you have multiple circuits that are not working, this sounds likely. get a wiring schematic and find out which relay controls that system, then try replacing it.
