hi this is a turbo problem, i have the same issue if you remove the air filter pipe from the turbo and check the play on the axle you'll notice that it is way loose

Sounds like a blown fuse as the lighter fuse to the parking light fuse to radio fuses can all show this problem. Cheack all the fuses as the altenator won't be charging with some cars that do this. The best way to cheak fuses are to use a test light as a fuse can look look and be electrically bad
Maybe is the radiator that need to be cleaned, because something similar happened to my toyota tercel, when I got it cleaned, the problem dissapeared, but you also have to check if the fan is working.
