You need to use an impact gun with compressed air for this job. Kinda on the expensive side if you rent equipment from a tool store.

SOURCE: where is the fuel filter

Hi,
Its very hard to describe it in writing, but I will guide you.
If you see the fuel injector pump, at the side of your engine, there is a hose/tube that feeds fuel in the pump. Follow the hose/tube it will be going to the fuel filter. The filter looks like an oil filter, round cartridge type with small pump at the top.
Hope that clears everything!
Thanks for using Fixya!

What is BMW cc-id 29

29 means reduced power. Either a faulty high pressure fuel pump or it's a fault with the waste gate actuator. Need car diagnostic to see error codes.

have the fault codes read to determine which servos/sensors have failed. It is possible that the hose to the turbo actuator is leaking and the turbo is not working as it should or maybe is not connected.
