You need to use an impact gun with compressed air for this job. Kinda on the expensive side if you rent equipment from a tool store.

SOURCE: where is the fuel filter
Its very hard to describe it in writing, but I will guide you.
If you see the fuel injector pump, at the side of your engine, there is a hose/tube that feeds fuel in the pump. Follow the hose/tube it will be going to the fuel filter. The filter looks like an oil filter, round cartridge type with small pump at the top.
