If you are referring to a 12V DC - to -120V AC converter, then the answer is obvious. The converter makes the AC from the DC voltage provided by the batteries. You cannot charge a DC battery with an AC source. Additionally, even if you could, the resulting charge would be less than the draw taken from the battery (physics - loss from heat). Also, there wouldn't be enough power left over to do anything with.

2000 grand am se quad 4 battery light comes on & dies after drive a good 20 minutes.Recently replaced:spark plug and wires coil packs and housing cover,compression120/120/150/150 No SES,PleaseHELP?

A little confusing how you wrote this but I am assuming that you replaced or charged the battery and after driving for a short while it dies. If this is correct then you are looking at an alternator that has gone bad. Battery is most likely still good but will have to be fully charged after you replace the alternator,

Have a check engine light for 2 weeks. Brake and battery lights are fluttering while I drive. P0420 code popped up with low threshold cat converter. Whats upwith all this.

Catalan converter could be going out is car getting louder or hotter if it is that's more than likely. What's going on as for lights you probably got a bad ground do to Catalan converter getting hot check that you might have a draw on batterie take off positive cable after you get car running if it dies batterie needs charged and may not be holding a charge if stays started run a simple test light between cable and post on positive side if it lihts up then turn castoff take key out of it's still light up you have a positive charge that you need to trace down I myself have found in this case it's a lot cheaper to just take to electrical place they charge a lot per hour but we'll be able to trace it down a lot faster than joe blow mechanic I have done it myself but is a long process you have to start at one point and just go threw checking every wire one at a time but in your case I would jack up car and check wires that run along transmission by Catalan converter first

My 2003 altima has a check engine light for about 2 weeks. I just started getting my battery and brake lights fluttering.hooked computer up to it. It said code p0420 catalytic converter low threshold.

Very common code on the Altima. You will need to replace your manifold/converter. There is also some concern over the converter material getting back into your engine causing further damage. You need to take care of this asap. IT WILL NOT BE AN 02 SENSOR!! Please don't let anyone tell you otherwise. for further information google QR25DE converter issue and happy reading. Many guys have replaced their converters with a header for piece of mind.

How do i get my outlets to work in my RV?

Depending on the age, make and model. Some older models have separate electrical systems for the generators, some change over automatically between a land line plug and the generator. Do the outlets work when plugged into a land line? Does the generator have and converter form 12 volt to 120 ?

How do i charge the battery on the toyota 7hbw23

To the comentors of this question: This is a battery for a pallet jack, not a car! It is a 24v battery 300ah 12 cells type E583. You will need a charger with adaptable conectors to the battery. The charger will automatically read the voltage, amperage and equilize your battery. Do not try to use an after market charger.

I just bought a 1977 Dodge Monaco Motorhome and just replaced the house battery with a brand new marine battery. Now I'm finding that it runs all the lights and everything except the 110 outlets. I need to...

It is called an inverter, and it may not be hooked up, u will have to trace the source power for the outlets and at the source add an inverter to change 12 volts DC to 110 volts AC.
