Failed O rings in the master of slave pistons cylinders take them apart and replace the seals or buy new ones and replace the fluid anyway

Either there was some fluid there from the failed unit you replaced or the replacement is defective. Clean it up really well and work the clutch a few times, If new fluid appears, chances are the new one is leaking. Watch the fluid level...Is it going down? If it is that verifies a leak.

look for the dipstick it will have a small cap on it possibly red in color cap not one as big as oill dip some have a flip lock on side of pipe use a small funnel with the proper grade of fluid

Use your middle finger.
Or, do you hear a relay click when you press the horn button? May be the relay went bad (dirty contacts inside). Or possible lost connection behind the horn button.
