Question about 2005 Ford F 250 Super Duty
I looked for vacuum leeks
The P0171 is a lean condition that can be caused by several things, usually a vacuum leak, or plugged fuel filter, weak fuel pump, or restricted injector.
Does the truck lack power? what engine size is it? 5.4L or 6.8L?
p0171 is a condition based code, changing an o2 sensor will not necessarily fix this concern. it is just reporting more oxygen in the exhaust than it should be.
