I have a 98 Honda odessey van keep changing fuse for small light but it keep blowing the fuse an now it want start up but I don't hear the fuel pump engaging

When you keep changing fuses you are not fixing the problem. Fuses blow because there is excessive current draw for that circuit and that means a dead short. That means burnt wires . That means other wires are affected and other problems show up. Have an accredited auto electrician fix the fault

Icp/bfc acc fuse keeps blowing

Robert,

Stop changing fuses. There is an overloaded / short circuit connected to the fuse that is blowing. You must locate and clear the source of the fault before continuing. Repeated fuse changing only causes more damage - especially if you increase the size of the fuse. I don't know what "icp/bfc" stands for - but you should contact an automotive electric specialist or purchase the wiring diagram for your car at an automotive supplier to assist you with following / tracing the wire(s) to find the fault.

Good luck!

Fuses do not cause bulbs to burn out. You probably have a defective light fixture.

I've looked through the manual and don't think you can have it to stay on the clock. If you want to have a look you can download it here. https://www.chevrolet.com/content/dam/Chevrolet/northamerica/usa/nscwebsite/en/Home/Ownership/Manuals_and_Videos/02_pdf/2009_chevrolet_impala_owners.pdf
