SOURCE: I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Diamante and my horn gets

The relay is probally going to be the main issue, with the assumption you have checked the fuze. Another issue may be the horn pad in the steering wheel, or related wires. Check to see if you are getting a ground signal to the horn relay. (From the horn pad) this is what activates the relay that should have B+ all the time.

Hope this helps

SOURCE: my 1995 mitsubishi diamante's check engine light is on

check the air flow sensor, TPS sensor connectors also if the check engine comes up could be injectors issue. have you ever replaced the petrol filter, could be ditry and the injectors arent working properly.
Replace the filter and add injector cleaner additive.

SOURCE: my horn is not working in my 2001 mitsubishi

look in your fuse box there should be a fuse in there for the horn check it to make sure that it is not blown. if it is good then try replacing your horn relay.

SOURCE: horn in my 2001 mitsubishi diamante does not work,

How did you test the relay? The fuses are very hard to see without pulling them so use a fuse puller and check it in good lighting just to make sure.

If it is OK, go to radio shack or harbor freight or any auto parts store. Buy a cheap test light or multimeter and check the wires coming into the horn assembly from the harness.

If your friend honks the horn and the light illuminates, then you know to get a horn from a junk yard or ebay. If the light does not come on, then you have an upstream problem.

This is the speed zone where wheel unbalance begins to take effect. Have you replaced a wheel or tyre lately?

Horn does not work in my 2001 mitsubishi diamante

Use a test light or multimeter where the wires come into the horn assembly. Have a friend push the horn on the steering wheel and see if it lights up.

If so, run down to your local auto parts store and buy a new one or go to the local junk yard and get an OEM one to plug in.

2000 Diamante, Timing Belt ? Loud pop, explosion, bang...

sounds like the belt tensioner. look for any drive pulley that doesn't actually drive anything but is turned by the belt... that is spring loaded and keeps tension on the belt... if it moves freely... it needs to be replaced.
