I have a 2010 F250 King Ranch and the wrench light comes on and off occasionally and on occasion vehicle will just shut off and display to pull over safely.

Eric, The wrench symbol is telling you maintenance is required.
You will have to have truck scanned for diagnostic codes to determine the problem.

2004 ml350 wrench code 2d what is it

Hello, The Wrench is telling you that your car is due for Service, Simply an oil change and some inspections are due. The 2D means that the service is due in 2 days. Hope that helps, You can go to a Mercedes dealer but they are way over priced, I would recommend finding a local independent Mercedes shops. Usually they are run by Technicians who worked at the dealers anyway. Just FYI.

What does an yellow light showing an oil can with a wrench under the oil can mean

This means your vehicle is due for a regular maintenance visit to the dealership. Light is yellow as caution. The light comes on at maintenance intervals according to the mileage -- when the service has been performed the mechanic resets the light so it will be off until the next maintenance interval is reached.

What does the wrench warning light mean on a 2005 for escape

It means that there is some scheduled maintenance due to be done based on the number of miles that have been driven. There should be another display giving a letter or number which indicates the maintenance due. Look under maintenance in the owners manual.

Lost wheel key that came with 2008 jetta. how do i get whels off to rotate, 50 miles to nearest vw dealer.

Depending on the style lock I had used a socket which a hammered on so tight then took a ratchet to remove the lock. Also a muffler clamp saddle will do if hammered into the locks keyway slot. Then two pipe wrenches are needed to remove the lock that way. One wrench goes onto the muffle saddle and the other wrench attaches to the one wrench's handle so you can turn it loose .. Hard to explain but after reading this message draw a picture of my explanation to figure out.

Cant figure out how to take the fan clutch of a 2004 chevy Trailblazer

You will need a special wrench that is thin. With the belt still on hit the end of the wrench with a dead blow hammer. Some fan clutches are reverse thread.

Cant remove wheel half from1998 windstar

Are you talking about the wheel hub? it has a very large nut in the center, it's very tight and usualy staked (a punched part into a groove) so ti won't come off while driving

there's two ways to do this, one get a huge 3/4 inch drive) air wrench and power it off or tak a very small chisel and straighten out the staked sopt on the nut, then use a very long socket wrench and a large socket1and 1/4 I believe and pull ypur guts out, I personaly would go with the power wrench

It's a ***** on purpose

Why do you want the hub off anyway?

Oil filter, how to remove it

If the oil was properly changed the last time it shouldnt take anything more than just a FRIM counter clockwise turn, If that doesn't work then you will need a Strap Wrench, or an oil filter wrench. shouldn't be anything more than 1/4 to1/2 turn past snug.

The maintenance light service soon comes on

You may need to reprogram the mileage interval setting that tells the light when to turn on, contact the dealer about how to do this.
