If the sound is from the rear of the vehicle then it may be that the baffle plates in the fuel tank are broken away and allowing full movement of the fuel rather than a controlled movement.

it is just past the air filter, follow the intake and there will be a plug with wires on the top side of the intake. thats you sensor

It sounds like you are having an issue with the fly-by-wire. Isn't this car still under warranty? It could be a bad rheostat in the pedal or a bad throttle positioning servo at the engine.
