Are you asking for the inlet hoses on the engine side or where it is specifically inside the car? a 2007 is way to new for you to be changing the heater core, or even be clogged. It should be under warranty if there is an issue. If you are having some random issue with heat here is a video that might help

Yes, But before you do I suggest using some stop leak, some modes require adding stop leak every so often as part of their maintenance schedule.

I have a 20078 ford edge, i have replaced thermostat and flushed the heater core. i have heat for a few seconds then goes cold. i can shut controls off for a few then turn it back on, same thing. any...

Are you sure the anti freeze is up where it should be and is your water pump working properly. Low fluid will do that as well.
Is your thermostat installed the proper way? I had a car that the thermostat was installed up side down and did not work. Just a thought. Do you have a hose that is buckled?

I have a water leak on the driver side floor in my 2006 ford focus LV

Are you sure it is water? Is it possible it is coolant? Taste of it and if it tastes sweet it is coolant and you have a leaking heater core. The fix is too replace it. If it is water then you more than likely have a leak at the windshield or the cowl.
