Turn on 4 way flashers locate the ticking sound under the dash there will be two flasher units touch them locate the one for the 4 ways it will pulse once you have found them the other one is for the signals you can switch them and make your signals work and replace the broken one can be in fuse area good luck

SOURCE: Turn Signals not working
This problem is most likely due to a blown fuse for your turn signals. Check the fuses under your driver side console and replace any that have broken connections, use the exact same amperage replacement fuse. There may also be a turn signal fuse in your electrical box under the hood open it up and check those as well. Hope that helps if you are having trouble removing the fuses look for a little tool in the fuse box that can grab and help pull them out.
