All indicators not working including dash indicator lights have replaced blown fuse still nothing could it be the relay and where is it located

My first guess would be the indicator switch itself. Do the hazards work? If the hazards work but not the turn signal switch, then the switch itself has malfunctioned.

False battery indications and turning itself off with no warning

Please explain false battery indications. Have you had the battery load tested? Don't care if it's brand new. Why do you think batterys come with a warranty?

Audi audible turn clicker continues even after the turn signal ended

OK what happens here is over time a tiny deposition of contact material spreads itself within the switch mechanism, this then provides a high resistance tracking which makes the switch " sound" like the flasher relay is operating. It is trying to for sure but through a false circuit.
The solution go to Maplins or a good electronics store and buy a can of contact cleaner spray. Depress the indicator stalk to an " on" position with the ignition off. Spray the contact cleaner right into the switch in the gap that the movement of the stalk creates. Repeat with indicator stalk in other position. Give the switch a good 30 second blast. Leave for 5 minutes and it will be good as gold. Hope that helps.

My right turn signal flashes rapidly, and after turning it suppose to turn off itself but i have to turn off the signal manually. the left sometimes turn off itself.. how can i fix this? 98 buick century

when signal is rapid it useually means that a light is out. About your signal not turning it self off.
That is a defective indicator switch which useually means removal of steering wheel.

The cruise control indicator light is flickering erratically however the engine performance doesn't seem to be affected in any running state: accerlating, decelerating, idling, driving steady speed, etc. ...

The cruise control indicator is an intregal part of the Instrument Panel Cluster module (IPC). The IPC gets a data signal from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) commanding it to turn the indicator on or off depending on the switch input at the steering wheel. The indicator doesn't even show on the wiring diagrams for the cruise control. You have to go to the Instrument Cluster diagrams to even find the thing. Pushing the switch on the steering wheel momentarily grounds the circuit to pin 41 Connector C2 at the PCM. It actually has nothing to do with illuminating the indicator. (at least, not directly) If the cruise control is otherwise operatng properly, then it would be safe to assume that the control buttons and the PCM are not the cause. It would almost HAVE to be a malfunction in the IPC itself.

I have a 2000 lincoln ls the problem that im having is when im driving d5 the d(drive) becomes an E and whatever gear i put it in it stays an E even in drive its still an E only after i turn the car off...

E=error, the gear indicator has lost a signal from the transmission as to what gear it is in.
when you cycle the key and its ok,means it is a soft code and not a hard code.you need to have it checked on a computer before you cycle the key,

My 03 kia will turn over but wil not start

Did ya wash it right before this happened? If so the Computer is wet and/or the connector(s) to the computer are wet or moist.. Even if ya didnt wash it.. Locate the puter and investigate it.. it only takes a drop of moisture to ruin the continuity of the computer. As per Code 1631 indicates with us. To an average person with an OBD2 Scanner.. 1631 would mean the puter is fried.. but wha Ive seen is just wet/moist connections at the ECM (computer itself).. Hope this helps.. thank you

Reset maintainenance indicator

The light is just a warning that an oil change is due because 5000 miles has passed. To turn it off, see p. 148 of your manual. In summary, set Trip Meter to "a." Shut off car. Hold down trip meter button while turning car back on with Power Button. Continue to hold down trip button while it resets the light...it takes a couple of seconds.

Thank you for using FixYa - A FiXya Rating is appreciated!!
