The ignition assembely is bad.You can have a ford dealer replace it but they will charge you big---or you can goto an auto parts store and buy one but then you have to have a key made.

Crank but won't start

You'll have to figure out if it is a fuel or ignition problem.
Is the check engine light on ? Have you checked for trouble codes ?
It could be a relay, the ignition module, coil, fuel pump, or a list of other things.

1995 Mustang GT, car wont turn off, replaced ignition. Help?

when you pulled out the old ignition, your not supposed to move anything, other than clock the new one to have the keys match the old one. any ways sounds like you need to pull the tumbler out, and hold the outer case, while turning the key, then re-insert it in. plain and simple you just dont have it clocked correctly

My 1995 Ford Mustang won't cut off have to

bad contacts in ignition switch, which is located where you stick the key in. go to a lock smith.... i stopped by one time because i had a bad tumbler it was real loose, and i asked the locksmith if he worked on cars and he said yes, i said can you replace this for me, i had the part already, but he pulled may steering wheel apart like he did this all the time, took him ten minutes and i had a whole new ignition switch, granted today cars now have air bag systems, which might make it a little harder for them, but you should ask them, you never know.
