Sorry to hear that, but to offer a solution, wed need more specifics. If its car related, id say do preventative maintenance and do pre-trip inspections of the vehicle (fluid levels, tire condition, check your battery for corrosion, etc.)

When the engine services light turns on but is not running fine?

That light could mean the car is merely due for a routine service according to the kms travelled, or it may mean the car's computer is holding a trouble code report for some part of the car. Have a mechanic read out any trouble code to see where to go from there. In the USA Autozone will do this for you.

Notes:

Site Instructions:

  1. Please note the list of automobile manufacturers at the left edge of the screen. The currently selected ODB code is for the Volvo family of autos. The codes for any particular vehicle make and model will be found under the manufacturer family, i.e. Dodge and Plymouth are part of the Chrysler family of cars and trucks.
  2. Also notice that just to the right of the manufacturer family list is a short group of OBD II codes. The highlighted Volvo OBDII code P1358 in this list is the currently selected code, and the information on this page pertains to fault code P1358. The other codes in the list above and below this code are OBD2 codes some of which may be related to the current trouble code and can be navigated to directly.
  3. Need to look up additional OBD II Trouble Codes, use the search box. Enter the 5 character fault codes in the search box and submit the search. You can repeat the search as many times as you need, one diagnostics code per search.
  4. Don't assume a particular OBD2 code means the same for other auto manufacturers as there are many manufacturer specific codes in use.
  5. If your fault codes are for a different auto family, select that vehicle series before searching for the diagnostics codes because not all OBD2 codes used by one manufacture are used by the other manufactures. The search only looks at OBD codes valid for the currently selected manufacturer family.
  6. If your automotive family is grayed out, the current OBD code, P1358, is not among those used by the current manufacturer. You can click un-gray at the bottom of the auto family list and then select the manufacturer for your vehicle before searching for your trouble codes.

Can someone suggest an affordable Kerala holiday package which gives full value for money?

I love traveling. Last year I decided to visit Kerala by selecting a tour package. By choosing tour operators, all the travel arrangements will be made by them. So that we can travel freely and easily. One of my friends suggested Holiday Mango travel - a famous tour operator in Kerala. I contacted them and booked their Kerala trip package of Rs. 13000. I found this 4 day, 5-night package an affordable one which includes the major destinations in Kerala. Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey are the places included in that package. They arranged these 4 days very systematically. Their time management was simply amazing. Mattupetty, Eravikulam National Park, Echo point, Top station, blossom park, Lakkom waterfalls and so on are visited in Munnar. They arranged perfect houseboat trip at Alleppey. I really enjoyed the cruise along the backwaters of Kerala. This package is affordable and it helps us to watch almost all the major destinations in Kerala. I surely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a budget trip to Kerala.

Jeeps runs for 2 minutes then shuts down

Hello Marc Miller,

BAFFLED:
I am a bit confused by your remark
"at night after 8pm" but I think I understand.
I have personal experience that FULL-MOON affects
PEOPLE... but the CARS/TRUCKS... Not so much.

My guess is a READ-OUT of your DIAGNOSTIC
TROUBLE CODES
(DTC) would (in the hands of
an accomplished mechanic is going to point out
your issue(s).

Some muffler shops and parts houses provide
these services for FREE...
(just know your options/prices before you go
(see below)).

Other than I personally believe you are
headed HOME (family, hearth & heart) you
probably suffer the torment all day long...
but it really stings when you want to be home...
I doubt any OTHER relevance to "8pm"...
ESPECIALLY since about 70% of this planets'
people just set our clocks forward AN HOUR
only a few weeks ago...

Another thing that has baffles... is your muffler.
Although the exterior MAY look intact...
195,000 miles is not a bad ... I have experienced
your trouble...

When a car runs "sometimes" that eliminates a
TON of considerations... (things that are OK).

Once the code are read... the FIRST MISTAKE
EVERYBODY makes is to change out perfectly
good OXYGEN SENSORS...

They are only upset because your
catalytic converter AND/OR muffler
are LIKELY keeping your EXHAUST from
getting out...

Just a thought...
