Sounds like you bent a push rod in the engine or it could be just a loose rocker arm. If you can take off the valve cover for a peak you'll probably notice something askew.

How do I wire first gear in a 2002 impala

Hmmm this is a strange one. This is a guess but it sounds like either the ignition system begins failing after 10 minutes or the EFI computer is having a problem. Intermittent problems are always the hardest to troubleshoot. Is the check engine or service engine soon light coming on? It could also be a cam or crank position sensor that is failing when it gets hot. The best way to determine this issue would be to take it to a GM dealer and let them look it over. Their mechanics know this car, have been working on them for some time, and you can bet they have already seen this before and will know exactly what is wrong. It sounds like it could be dangerous so I would have it looked at as soon as you can.

My 98 ford zx2 has the service engine soon light on, and the code says it's running lean, and my revs get stuck up 500-1000 rims higher than normal, what usually causes this?

Look for vacuum leaks.. look at the hose that connects the air cleaner to the throttle body.. looking for cracks, disconnected hoses, broken hoses.. Could be a OX sensor.. but usually that will set a code. Lean means you have a high ratio of air to fuel.. so you are looking for air leaks.

When the engine revs up to 4000 the oil light comes on and beeper sounds. this is an audi V6 coupe 1996 make

THAT MEANS ENGINE IS NOT GETTING (FLOW) SUFFICIENT/ REQUIRED OIL AT THE HIGHER RPM. WHEN REQUIRED LUBRICATION NOT TAKES PLACE THE METAL PARTS CREATE MORE HEAT DUE TO FRICTION. THIS WILL LEADS TO OVER HEATING OF ENGINE AND ENGINE GET SEZED.
HENCE PL DONT RUN THE ENGINE AT HIGHER RPM AND DO THE REPAIR IMMEDIATLY.

SOLUTION:.

THE CASES MAY BE,
1.LOW LEVEL OF ENGINE OIL AT ENGINE. PL CHECK THE OIL LEVEL BY CHECKING THE OIL DIP.
IF SO POUR SOME OIL AND CHECK.
2. IMPROPER QUALITY OF THE OIL, WHICH NOT WITH STANDING AT HIGHER RPM.
3. LOWER VISCOSITY (THICHNESS) OF THE OIL MIGHT HAVE USED, INSTEAD OF RECOMMENDED ONE. IF SO OIL IS THE PROBLEM REPLACE RECOMENDED OIL IMMEDIATLY.
4.LOOK IN TO THE OIL PUMP PRESURE ETC., OR CHOKE IN ENGINE OIL FEEDER LINES.

iF NOTHING ABOVE ONE PROBLEM OF ENGINE SHOULD BE MONITOR BY COMPUTER WITH SERVICE STATION.

Starts just fine but dies at idle. will keep running when stepp[ng on gas pedal

if the car runs fine at high revs, I suggest just turning the idle revs up 150ish, it could be a block cat converter, or restricted airflow making it die. but quick fix turn revs up 150rpm will do no harm and if it dies at higher revs, take it 2 the garage to see if they can find the thing.

Hi I have an Audi A6 2003 2.0L Sport. Its freezing here but the heater only pumps out lukewarm air - no matter how high I set it? The temp gauge barely rises above cold no matter how long I been driving....

replace the thermostat , sounds like its not closing or does not have one , and make sure that your coolant is at least 50/50 (50% water,50%antifreeze ) if you got more water that antifreeze your system will freeze up in freezing weather

Sound like a tack or speed-o cable. you will have to buy the cable first to see how it looks; that will help you see how to replace it.
